Coverall fabric:

Disposable coverall fabrics are also know as full-length jumpsuits , which are one-piece garments that have full-length sleeves and legs like a jumpsuit, but are usually less tight-fitting .The main feature is that there is no gap between the top and the pant or between the lapels, and there is no loose top tail . It usually has an elongated pocket on the outside of the right thigh, it usually has a front button that extends  the entire length of the front og the body to the throat, and has no lapels. It can be fastend with buttons , zippers , Velcro or snaps.Workwear and coverall fabric for catering , medical , and other industries.Workwear materials mainly use cotton , polyester or functional flame retardant fabrics.All these materials have different weights , if the fabric weight is high , the quality will be better.Different types of fabrics , of course , have different characteristics.

Common protective clothing materials most disposable protective clothing is made from non-woven synthetic fibers .As the degree of protection increases strength ,the permeability is reduced and it may be possible to make them flame retardant. Single tier architecture

Microporous breathable membrane

Breathable membranes are thin films , microporous or monolibrthic memanes that are impermeable to liquids(water/blood)but permeable to gases (water vapor). Rising penetration of hygiene products  such as baby diapers,sanitary napkins , and adult incontinence products in developing countries, while increasing consumption of advanced hygiene products in developed countries is expected,to boost breathable membranes globally.The high cost of breathable films compared to conventional film is a major restraining factor for the global breathable films market.Microporous breathable membranes are ideal for providing excellent comfort and protection when used in PPEand coveralls, By combining microporous breathable membranes with other materials, a new type of PPE fabric can be made (Microporpus breathable membranes offer higher percent heat loss, chemical protection, but cost more.Combined with other materials, new PPE materials can be made.

Custom layer 

If you want to increase the protection level of work clothes, a common method is to increase the prtective layer and polymer of the protective clothing.Higher layers of protection generally mean reduced comfort ;however, if certain environmental hazrds require greater isolation from chemical or toxic vapors, a higher level of protective clothing may be required. Material requirements for protective clothing fabrics Fabrics and seams are important to any workwear and they are closely related to the protection rating of the workwear .Considering common routes of contamination from COVID19, the key tests in EN 14126 are listed below: ISO 16604 :Resistance to penetration of contaminared liauids under pressure (close contact with a patient may result in direct contact with water droplets from coughing or sneezing)
