Polyethylene(PE) is a widely used material at present ,with the most general processing properties ,chemical

properties used in the world , and good  alkali resistance and stability .The molecular weight can be low 

density polyethylene(LDP) and low density polyethylene(LLDPE),medium polyethylene (MDPE) and high

density polyethylene bottles (HDPE), which are often used to make translucent or opaque cans , films and

other related  products.

Although PE has the above  advantages , it can also be made into many daily products , but because the products made of PE itslf have poor air permeability , the development of PE is limited  for products that

PE breathable film is a microporous film that can blcok the penetration of liquid water but allow water vapor to

diffuse and permeate. During processing , the film is cooled to form a film and then the base film is preheated

and stretched , in addition allowing the film to generate micropores it has a breathable effect , and can also

cause the polymer to crystallize in the direction due to being extended , thereby improving its mechanical

properties , surface gloss and transparency ,etc .Most PE breathable film are produced through flat film

extrustion (casting method),but there are also some produced by blowing the film and then extending it

longitudinally to create micropores.
