PBAT is a thermoplastic biodegradable plastic, which is a copolymer of butylene adipate and butylene terephthalate. It has the characteristics of both PBA and PBT. Good heat resistance and impact performance; in addition, it also has excellent biodegradability, which is very popular in the research of biodegradable plastics and is one of the best degradable materials in the market.
PBAT is one of the biodegradable breathable films, which will eventually decompose into water and carbon dioxide. In addition to its characteristics of PBA and PBT, it is very similar to PE film, so it can be used in many fields.
