Our medical gown is made by PE breathable fim and PP nonwoven, and has been certified CE and AAMI certification. So, It meets good liquid barrier performance to keep from the risk of fluid penetration, dust and spray protection and its hand feel soft that wearing experience are comfortable.

A: Our main product is the breathable film, some proportions of which can be changed in response to customer needs. We use a variety of materials (non-woven, paper woven, etc.) for lamination. The main fields are diaper back fabrics, coverall fabrics, desiccant pack fabrics warm pack fabrics, medical fabrics, agricultural cover fabrics, construction fabrics, outdoor fabrics...etc.

Q: What’s the warranty?
A: Normally 1-year warranty, If storage, handling, and converting were properly at the customer’s end.
Q: How about the cost of printing the cylinder on my design?
A: 1 color cylinder cost US1,800 and it requires to be prepaid before we do this cylinder. The cylinder charge will refund if the order is over 1*40HQ for 1 year.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Different item has different MOQ. First order and other item are negotiable. 1) back sheet or Diaper textile: 1 color need 3tons; 2color need 5tons 2) White coverall textile: 50000/m2 3) Colors coverall textile: 75000/M per color 4) Film: 160000/m2 per color 5) Desiccant cover textile: 10000/m2

A: 1. Our factory has been certificated with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Halal certificates, we produce according to these standard procedures on production.
2. We have the most professional test lab to have strict quality control from raw materials to finished products according to our quality control system.
3. We also cooperate with international test labs like SGS, BTTG, Centrcot, Intertek, TTRI, Kaken...and so on.
4. We also established a good tracking system. Once you give us the defect number, we can track all components (operator, machine, the batch of raw material...and so on). It will be easy to find out the real problem.
