2. We have the most professional test lab to have strict quality control from raw materials to finished products according to our quality control system.
3. We also cooperate with international test labs like SGS, BTTG, Centrcot, Intertek, TTRI, Kaken...and so on.
4. We also established a good tracking system. Once you give us the defect number, we can track all components (operator, machine, the batch of raw material...and so on). It will be easy to discover the real problem.
5. All of our products are under supervision by our QC department, which guarantees the disqualified products would not enter the market.

Q: What’s the warranty?
A: Normally 1-year warranty, If storage, handling, and converting were properly at the customer’s end.
Q: How about the cost of printing the cylinder on my design?
A: 1 color cylinder cost US1,800 and it requires to be prepaid before we do this cylinder. The cylinder charge will refund if the order is over 1*40HQ for 1 year..
Q: What is the order process?
A: a.inquiry- provide your detail requirement and it will help us to provide sufficient information for your understand and decision.
b. Quotation- once you confirm our quality is the one you are looking for and we will send our indicate price shortly.
c. Sample confirmation- the sample for customer quality confirm can be arranged within 3 days.
d. Production- When PO and PI was cofirm by both parties, the products will insert to production schedule.
e. Shipping- by sea freight or courier depends on customer instruct,the detailed packing list, commercial copies will provide in advance.
