The sanitary napkin for household products basically has seven layers plus the packaging material. The characteristics and materials of each layer are different, and the sixth layer is the back sheet layer, which is mainly to prevent liquid from flowing out and being breathable so that users will not feel stuffy or uncomfortable.

A: Our Company was established in 1961 for chemical products and further extends to the Extrusion of Microporous film at Changhwa 1998.
Q: What are your main products?
A: We concentrated on breathable film/textiles. We laminate with many kinds of materials (nonwoven, paper woven, and so on). The main area is diaper backsheet fabric, coverall fabric, desiccant pack fabric, warm pack fabric, hygienic fabric, agriculture cover, construction fabric, outdoor fabric... and so on.
Q: Is your product good quality?
A: Yes, we provide/supply our customers with the best and most stable quality, the quality always meets the physical standard which meets customer desire.
Q: Can you print my logo or name in the packing?
A: Yes, we can print customer's logo and name in the packing.
Q: Can I get a free sample roll with the printing of my design?
A: After you pay the printing cylinder charge and confirm the design process, we can supply 1 roll free of charge, but the courier charge shall cover by customers.
Q: How do you guarantee your quality?
A: 1. Our factory has been certificated with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Halal certificates, we produce according to these standard procedures on production.
2. We have the most professional test lab to have strict quality control from raw materials to finished products according to our quality control system.
3. We also cooperate with international test labs like SGS, BTTG, Centrcot, Intertek, TTRI, Kaken...and so on.
4. We also established a good tracking system. Once you give us the defect number, we can track all components (operator, machine, the batch of raw material...and so on). It will be easy to find out the real problem.
5. All of our products are under supervision by our QC department, which guarantees the disqualified products would not enter the market.
6. Just in case the product delivered was not qualified, we promise to take all the responsibility and the cost. We are looking for long-term cooperation.
Q: What is the order process?
A: a.inquiry- provide your detail requirement and it will help us to provide sufficient information for your understand and decision.
b. Quotation- once you confirm our quality is the one you are looking for and we will send our indicate price shortly.
c. Sample confirmation- the sample for customer quality confirm can be arranged within 3 days.
d. Production- When PO and PI was cofirm by both parties, the products will insert to production schedule.
e. Shipping- by sea freight or courier depends on customer instruct,the detailed packing list, commercial copies will provide in advance.

A: Different item has different MOQ. First order and other item are negotiable. 1) back sheet or Diaper textile: 1 color need 3tons; 2color need 5tons 2) White coverall textile: 50000/m2 3) Colors coverall textile: 75000/M per color 4) Film: 160000/m2 per color 5) Desiccant cover textile: 10000/m2
