Hot Sale Waterproof Polyethylene Film Microporous Breathable Fabric is made of microporous film laminate PPSB and is designed to resist liquid while providing superior breathability. In terms of both breathability and liquid protection, microporous fabric coverall provides a better wearing experience than multi-layer SMS and PE-coated PPSB fabric coveralls.

The coverall fabric structures determine the breathability and liquid-proof function, which are compared in three fabric constructions as Multi-layer Spunbonded Melt-blown Spunbonded (SMS) fabric, Microporous film laminated PP nonwoven (PPSB), and Impervious PE coated fabric (PE Coated PPSB).
The raw material of protective clothing is that to ease the harmful feeling and keep your comfort at work, you must check two critical figures on the spec sheet representing breathability: MVTR and Ret value.
So, our products have good performance when wearing protective clothing while working in a hazardous environment reducing the risks of contact with contamination and keeping you safe. However, some wearers may experience soak-in sweating while working in a hot and humid environment.

A: Our Company was established in 1961 for chemical products and further extends to the Extrusion of Microporous film at Changhwa 1998.

2. We have the most professional test lab to have strict quality control from raw materials to finished products according to our quality control system.
3. We also cooperate with international test labs like SGS, BTTG, Centrcot, Intertek, TTRI, Kaken...and so on.
4. We also established a good tracking system. Once you give us the defect number, we can track all components (operator, machine, the batch of raw material...and so on). It will be easy to find out the real problem.
5. All of our products are under supervision by our QC department, which guarantees the disqualified products would not enter the market.
6. Just in case the product delivered was not qualified, we promise to take all the responsibility and the cost. We are looking for long-term cooperation.

Q: Why your price is not cheaper than other competitors?
A: In fact, some competitors do 1-time business. They supply good quality sample sheets/rolls, but they use a lot of recycled resin and disqualify ink to reduce the cost during mass production. However, Kae Hwa is looking for long-term business. Your choice is our responsibility.
