Breathable polyethylene Film  is a plastic film made from ethylene, a hydrocarbon  which is mainly  obtained from natural gas or petroleum.The terms plastic  sheeting , polyethylene  sheet, poly sheeting  or poly film are often used as synonyms  for Polyethylene.The term  polyethylene is abbreviated  as pe , the same way polystyrene and polyproppylene  are abbreviated as PS and PP respectively . In the United  Kindom , the word polythlene is often used instead of polyethylene. Production Introduction

As a printing material,Breathable Plastic Film is used as packing after printing .It has the advantages of lightness and transparency , moisture and oxygen resistance , smooth surface , protection of goods ,and reproduction of the shape and color of goods. Polyethylene film is a colorless, tasteless, odorless, translucent and non-toxic insulating material, which is widely used for packaging bags; food bags and various containers. It is an inert material, so it is difficult to print, and it must be processed to print better results.

Polystyrene film is a soft and tough film. It is clean, colorless and transparent. Without plasticizer, the film layer is always soft, resistant to freezing, and does not age when stored. It uses oxidative polymerized synthetic binder ink during printing, which can make imprinting. Fastness is good.

The method of plastic film printing can be flexographic, gravure and screen printing. The printing ink is required to have the characteristics of high viscosity and strong adhesion, so that the ink molecules can firmly adhere to the surface of the dry plastic, and it is easy to dry with the oxygen in the air. Generally used for gravure plastic films: synthetic resins such as panamine, organic solvents and pigments based on alcohols are fully ground and dispersed to form a colloidal fluid with good fluidity. It is a volatile drying ink with printing efficiency. Good, with the characteristics of strong fastness, bright color and rapid drying, it is suitable for printing on polyvinyl film by gravure rotary machine.
