Q: What is the capability of your company?
A: Kae Hwa has over 50 years with a strong chemical background and understanding of market trends and specializing in breathable film/ textile in Taiwan.
Q: Can we visit the factory?
A: Yes, welcome to visit us!! Our factory is located in Lukang Industrial Park, Taiwan.
Q: What's the warranty?
A: Normally 1-year warranty, if storage, handling, and converting were properly at the customer’s end.
Q: What's the process to confirm our printing design?
A: 1. Please send your design file (ai, pdf, jpg) to us.
2. We will follow your design to modify all details to suit our printing machine.
3. We will send a new file to you for first-step confirmation.
4. If you have any questions about the new design, we will discuss that and change that.
5. Once we get your first confirmation, we will print the design on paper and send it to you.
6. Once you get the paper, if everything is ok, please sign it back to us for confirmation.
7. We will prepare the new printing cylinder which follows this paper and try to run it on the machine to have sample film.
8. We will send you the printing film for your final confirmation.
9. Once you confirm the printing film, please sign it back and we will run the commercial products based on your
order.
Please note: Once we prepare the printing cylinder, the change in design is impossible.
