TPEE is an environmentally friendly material with various structures. It is a thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE). It is a block copolymer polymer composed of short rigid segments (crystalline phase) and long soft segments. Due to its special chemical structure, TPEE also has the properties of rubber. Elasticity, softness and rigidity, and ease of processing of thermoplastic resins. Its chemical and physical properties are determined by the structure and composition of the soft and hard segments of the polymer, and its elasticity and strength are between plastic and rubber.
In addition, the green process of TPEE has the characteristics of being recyclable and environmentally friendly, and it can also convert waste PET into raw materials by obtaining its monomers or oligomers from polyester (PET) waste by chemical recycling as a raw material source. Circulation of new high-value products.
TPEE is high tensile, high tear, high impact and abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and high melting point. Therefore, it can be used in automotive vision, communication cables, industrial and sporting goods, railway shock pads, films, and medical applications. Further development has been able to replace some plastic materials that are not environmentally friendly and reducing waste has been able to improve environmental pollution.
