Products Description
PE / PP polyolefin breathable film refers to adding about 50% of special calcium carbonate to the resin carrier for blending, extruding to form a film, and stretching under certain conditions. When stretching, polyethylene and calcium carbonate The interfacial peeling occurs between the particles, and interconnected pores or channels are formed around the calcium carbonate so that it has a certain air permeability (wet).
PE-carrier breathable films are more common and are mainly used for disposable medical protective clothing, because compared with other general-purpose materials for breathable films, PE and PP-carrier microporous breathable films have better cost-effectiveness and productivity advantages.
